Institutional Effectiveness and Research
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research:
- Serves to assist administration in meeting its institutional goals to monitor and promote institutional effectiveness and accountability. This will be done by providing assessment and performance data, as well as consultation, regarding program and educational outcome measures.
- Serves to assist all members of the university community with assessment and program evaluation endeavors by providing on-line access to essential resources and data.
Highlands University listed as most affordable
Highlands University has one the lowest tuition and fees of any four-year college in an 11-state region in the West, according to a study.
In the study, the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education showed that Highlands’ tuition and fees for undergraduate residents was at $2,688 per year, far lower than other colleges in the region, which includes the dozens of colleges in California.
“We are an institution that can provide a high quality of education at a modest price,” Highlands President James Fries said.
