EOS offers both traditional and Distance Education classes through the following mediums:

- Off-Campus classes at a site near you
Attention Faculty and Students:
LOGIN TO BLACKBOARD to access your classes.
You will automatically be added to the class roster, in Blackboard/WebCT, the same day you register for the class. Be sure to login early to get familiar with Blackboard/WebCT and check your browser configuration.

Blackboard/WebCt Learning System
Blackboard/WebCT is our online Learning Management Tool. It is used to host all "Internet Only" classes, to provide course materials for ITV classes, and to enhance traditional classes both on campus and at our Centers.
If you are taking an ITV, Internet, or a traditionally enhanced class, you will receive a "Welcome Letter" with access information. Be sure to login before your first class meeting to get the syllabus, check for special requirements or see if there is an early assignment. |
Elluminate Live!
Many of our ‘Internet Only’ classes use Elluminate instead of Blackboard/WebCT Chat to add live interaction to your class. You can actively participate in the class from home or work, listen to lectures, respond to questions, and work on shared documents with the professor and your classmates. Class sessions are recorded for future review at your leisure.

Interactive Television (ITV)
Televised instruction brings the professor and students into an interactive environment through electronic communication technology. ITV courses are offered at a Center near you. Blackboard/WebCT is available to obtain course materials and turn in assignments.

Off-Campus Classes
Traditional on-site courses are designed for those who need to complete an undergraduate, graduate degree, licensure, or endorsement requirement. Some partners may request selected topics courses to fulfill professional development requirements. |
