Hello University Community,
I would like to thank everyone who has been so supportive in every
aspect of
KEDP student radio. I would also like to thank those who have been able
to
tune in, whether it be on the on your radio or on Channel 24.
We are pleased to announce that KEDP was granted a construction license
to
increase wattage to 1,300w on April 18th, 2006.
Doyle Hauschulz is working vigorously to get the transmission upgrade
completed. We would like to ask everyone to be patient while we
periodically test the transmitter during this process.
Also, in the near future, the radio station will be accessible on the
NMHU
website, thanks to Max Baca and IT services!
I will keep everyone informed as these upgrades progress.
We also broadcast lectures. If anyone has a lecture that they would like
to
include in our library, please call 454-3238 or email me at
