The goal of Prevention Ethics workshop is to provide prevention professionals with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to participate in decisions that affect the individuals and communities they are working with. The course objectives include understanding and developing a definition of Ethics. The course includes the identification of Federal, State and agency regulations, codes and guidelines to help the professional make educated decisions. The workshop will offer an opportunity to develop a plan of action for their profession. An historical perspective will be presented.
