This workshop will focus on practical tips and important information needed for launching out on your own as a clinician and “hanging up your shingle.” This seminar will alternate between discussion of relevant ethical and practical issues in setting up your own practice to a lecture-based presentation of important relevant information including marketing tips, basic business tips, tips regarding dealing with managed care insurance companies, and paperwork.
