The majority of supervisors and managers are promoted into positions of oversight because of their strong clinical and service aptitudes. The assumption is that if one is a good social worker-therapist-counselor, then one must also be qualified to be a supervisor or manager. That invalid assumption leads to many missteps during the management of personnel within organizations. This seminar provides supervisors and managers with concrete tools and skills, and the opportunity to get their questions asked and concerns addressed within a confidential learning environment.
