Amenities

Archuleta Hall is a suite-style hall with four single rooms, clustered around a common living area and a shared bathroom. Students of the same gender are assigned to each suite. Students must have sophomore standing or above to be eligible for Archuleta.

Arrott and Gregg House primarily serve students with families. However, some apartments will be available for single graduate and non-traditional students. These are two-bedroom, unfurnished apartments with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Refrigerators and stoves do come with the apartments. All utilities are included in the monthly rent except for electricity. Other amenities also included in the apartments are wireless internet, cable television, and local telephone service

Connor Hall is a traditional freshmen co-ed residence hall with students sharing a common bathroom on each floor. All floors are same gender and rooms are double occupancy.

Kennedy Hall is a complex of four buildings: East, North, South and West Kennedy. Graduate, Senior and non-traditional students (25 or older) have priority.

• East and West Kennedy residents have a private room with a private bathroom attached to the room.
• North Kennedy residents have a private room and share a common bathroom on each floor.
• South Kennedy rooms are double occupancy with a private bathroom attached to the room.

Melody Hall is a freshmen all-women’s hall with all double rooms. Each pair of rooms has access to a semi-private bathroom.

All residence hall and apartment complexes are equipped with laundry facilities. All laundry facilities are for resident use only. Each of the residence halls has a game room and lobbies with televisions.
